Who am I buying from?
Directly from the developer. Daar lists new-build homes from developers whose projects we review before they go live, and connects you with their sales advisors. Daar isn't a party to the sale.
Why are prices in Egyptian pounds?
Developers in Egypt sell their homes in Egyptian pounds (EGP), so the EGP price is the one in your contract. The dollar amount under each price (marked ≈) is an estimate at today's market rate, for reference only: it moves with the exchange rate.
How do payment plans work?
Many developers offer installment plans: a down payment, then monthly payments over several years. Each home shows its plans with the numbers worked out. Always confirm the final terms with the developer.
What happens after I send a request?
Your request goes to the developer of the home or project you asked about, and their advisor contacts you, usually within one business day. There's no obligation.
Can I see a home without traveling to Egypt?
Yes. On any home, choose “Book a viewing” and pick a virtual viewing over video call, or an in-person visit for when you're in Egypt.
